Work is substantially complete with the exception of minor punch list work.

The contractor has completed the pavement markings (on Lehigh) and constructed the sidewalk along the east side of the library. The contractor is scheduled to complete the remaining landscaping work (topsoil and sodding) and punch list work next week.
